What can I transport through MADTRAX?
Construction and agricultural machinery, lowbed loads and exceptional transport. Provide the technical details and collection and delivery locations as fully as possible.
What does a transport request cost?
Posting transport requests is currently free for clients. Any future fees for frequent use will be clearly communicated in advance.
Who sets the transport price?
The carrier sets the price in their quote. The client and carrier agree on the transport arrangements directly.
Are quotes or jobs guaranteed?
No. Responses depend on the route, timing, load and available carriers. MADTRAX is a growing network; registration does not guarantee jobs or revenue.
Why does my company profile need approval?
Your profile is reviewed before you can post requests or submit quotes. Complete your business details, operating area and any specializations.
Does registration start a payment?
No. Online payment is not yet available. For carriers, subscription, start date and invoicing are confirmed separately in advance.
Do I need a fixed transport date?
No. Dates are optional. You can indicate that timing will be agreed later. Enter known details as accurately as possible.
