Privacy Policy

PDDG BV, company number 1002.508.856, with its registered office at Bosschel 2A, 3990 Peer, Belgium, is the controller for MADTRAX, an online machinery and heavy transport platform. For privacy questions or requests: privacy@madtrax.be.

• name, email address and account data;
• company, contact and VAT details;
• transport requests, addresses, dimensions, weight, photos and documents;
• quotes, messages, reviews and notifications;
• contact form submissions;
• technical and security data such as IP address, device, browser and session data.

• Contract: account management, matching, requests, quotes and messages;
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, support and platform improvement;
• Legal obligation: accounting and cooperation with competent authorities;
• Consent: optional Google Ads conversion measurement and marketing.

Data is visible to the relevant client and carrier where needed for a request or job. We use Base44 for hosting, database, authentication and platform services. We use Google for optional advertising measurement. These parties process data according to their role and contractual terms.

Base44 or Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses.

• account and profile data: while the account is active and normally within 30 days after deletion;
• requests, quotes, messages and uploads: while needed for the account and transaction, and removed on account deletion unless a legal obligation or ongoing dispute requires retention;
• contact submissions: up to 12 months after resolution;
• technical security logs: up to 12 months unless longer is required for an investigation;
• accounting data: for the statutory period, generally 7 years.

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or object, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@madtrax.be. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Necessary storage is always active. Google Ads is loaded only after consent. You can change your choice using the permanent footer button. See the cookie policy.

We use HTTPS/TLS, access restrictions and server-side authorization. No system is risk-free; report suspected misuse to privacy@madtrax.be.

We may update this policy. We will inform active users of material changes through the platform or by email.
