Terms and Conditions

MADTRAX: the online platform available through madtrax.be and related services, operated by PDDG BV, company number 1002.508.856, with its registered office at Bosschel 2A, 3990 Peer, Belgium.

Client: the person or business publishing a transport request.

Carrier: the person or business offering transport services or submitting a quote.

User: any person or business using the platform.

MADTRAX is solely a digital information, communication and matching platform. It is not a carrier, freight forwarder, logistics provider, transport broker, commission agent or party to a transport agreement.

Agreements are concluded directly between the client and the carrier.

Users must provide correct, current and complete information and remain responsible for activity under their account.

MADTRAX may refuse, restrict, suspend or remove accounts in cases of fraud, misuse or breach of these terms.

The client is responsible for complete and accurate information, including dimensions, weight, photos, locations, permit requirements and times.

MADTRAX does not verify this information.

Quotes are submitted under the carrier’s responsibility. Acceptance creates an agreement only between the client and the carrier.

Prices shown on the platform are indicative, exclude VAT and may be adjusted by the parties if the actual job differs.

Carriers are responsible for permits, escorts, CMR and liability insurance, driving and rest times, regulation and tax obligations.

MADTRAX does not verify permits, insurance or legal compliance unless expressly stated.

MADTRAX does not guarantee permanent or error-free availability, requests, quotes, awards, payment or user solvency. Use is at your own risk.

Users remain responsible for content they submit. MADTRAX may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading or inappropriate content.

False information, fraud, spam, harassment, malware, rights infringements, manipulation, unauthorized scraping and data mining are prohibited.

Software, databases, logos, trade names, designs, text and source code remain the property of PDDG BV or its licensors. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, MADTRAX is not liable for transport damage, loss, delays, penalties, lost profit or revenue, indirect damage, outages, data loss, non-payment, insolvency or inaccurate user information.

MADTRAX is not liable for acts or omissions of users.

If MADTRAX is nevertheless liable, total liability is, to the extent legally permitted, limited to the lower of the amount paid by the user to MADTRAX in the previous three months or €250, per event and user.

To the extent permitted by law, users indemnify MADTRAX against claims arising from their unlawful use, their information or their agreement with another user.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly, excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise at purchase. Cancellation before the next billing period stops future renewals; started periods are not refunded pro rata unless mandatory law requires it.

MADTRAX may restrict or terminate access in cases of breach, fraud, misuse or security risk. Users may terminate their account through their profile.

MADTRAX may update these terms. Material changes will be clearly communicated. Where consent is legally required, it will be requested again.

Belgian law applies. Jurisdiction clauses apply only where legally permitted and must be legally assessed against MADTRAX’s official registered location.
